Paulson Kimball Construction, formally Bob Kimball Construction, functions as a General Contractor and Design/Build Contractor specializing in the non-residential market place.

Our 50 years of experience ranges from small projects to large commercial, industrial, manufacturing, and hotel projects. Since 1958, PKC has been a General Contractor with our own concrete, carpentry, and steel erecting divisions. As our business developed, the ability to recognize and secure the services of reputable subcontractors replaced the need for maintaining our own crews, allowing us to focus our time for serving the customer. In 2002, BKI changed from an “S” corporation to a LLC forming a partnership between Bob Kimball and Norm Paulson creating Bob Kimball Construction, LLC. Norm Paulson who had been a superintendent and project manager for BKI since 1994, completed the buyout of the company on April 1, 2008 which was the 50th anniversary of the company. Shortly after, the company name was changed to "Paulson Kimball Construction, LLC". Our staff  of quality and dedicated people remains the same which includes Bob Kimball.
